“It's been great working with you in the planning process, and you've been very responsive and flexible where possible. The venue, food, staff and service was exactly as we discussed. The servers were attentive, kept the drinks coming and cleared things quickly. I may have grossly underestimated the amount of drink tickets we'd need, but you guys were accommodating of that by providing more tickets. It was very helpful that your staff accepted the balloon delivery even though we hadn't arrived yet, and you guys took care of plating the cake, which was helpful as well.
